Another style of impeller in this design. If I had designed it to be a pump or fan, then I would have made it to suck. But if it's designed to turn the impeller from air or water flowing through it, then it doesn't have to suck. Turning of the impeller to drive a generator or sensor. Added an alternate body and rotor for those who want it to suck.
