This thing supposedly let's you do turboshots on an aeropress.
It's designed to have a standard 58mm puck screen at the bottom. Coffee goes on there, maybe another puck screen on top.
Ideally, you'd want a fellow prismo screen to go on top to seal it against the aeropress body, but it might work without one, as well.
So far, this is untested and unprinted (I don't even own an aeropress myself).
