I made it better smaller simpler,
used a nylon line that stays in good order when its slipping or greasy.
seems to work fine for a stable sail setting.
will post the test results later.

first test turned out perfect winch to deck is waterproof no leakage at all and pulling the main sail in against strong wind is no problem at all.

So this will be my main winch for my r.c. projects.
