Turin DF64 Switch Extension

This is a Switch Extension for the DF64 using the DF64 Dosing Cup Holder: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5247243

There are two versions:
One with 0.4mm width and the other with 0.8mm at the top where the screw for the Dosing Cup Holder goes through. (One/two walls in the slicer)
First I tried the 0.4mm but my printer (and Cura) didnt do the single wall very well, so I used the 0.8mm version. Maybe some of you can use the 0.4mm, so there is a smaller gap between the grinder and the Dosing Cup Holder. But even with 0.8mm the gap doesnt really bother me and works really well. So I would recommend to use the 0.8mm version unless the gap is really bothering you.
