Turn Gen2 Shifter Riser/Adapter

This adapter will allow mounting the Turn Racing Gen2 Shifters (8mm hole spacing) to a Sim Racing wheel with 10mm holes.
It also acts as a riser. Another riser can be put below it to extend the height.
I designed this to use the Gen2 shifters on my Turn GTE DIY wheel. The wheel's front plate has 10mm holes.
The adapter is designed to use the screws that comes with the shifter for attaching it to the shifter.
The bottom side of the adapter has recesses designed to have M3 nuts press fit into them.
It's designed to print with one of its sides down without support.
