Remixed with the following changes; Added variable speed control Metal gear motor (vs stepper motor) and modified the motor mount area to fit Smaller 11 tooth gear to slow it down Added “plastic brick company” wheels (can't use their name) as bearings to help smooth the platter rotation A few notes: Modifications and DIY work are required to make this work. The motor must be glued in place (suggest using Goop glue). A picture was provided using a test gear print and paper sheets to get the spacing correct This version uses a USB-C connector, but you can use whatever If you don't have wheels, you can use 15mm(OD) x 6mm(W) x 3mm (ID) bearings (needs 4) !! - the motor is noisy, so be warned if you are looking to record audio. Will likely look for a quieter motor option, or look at other stepper options Required components: 6V Gear motor (suggest 30 RPM) ESP32C3 Dev Board (Suggest getting the expansion board as well) H-Bridge Motor Driver Board (MX1508) 3mm stainless dowl rods 15mm(OD) x 6
