Twilight Imperium Insert with PoK / TE plus extras

This is an insert to organize and assist with play of the board game Twilight Imperium with its two expansions Prophesy of Kings and Thunder's Edge. Update Feb 20261) Put in a bottom layer display for what ship goes where within the player boxes. You can find a picture for this change. I adjusted the faction cards to be a bit higher and the events a bit lower to account for the space for the sleeves.
