I liked the concept of this puzzle and played with it a bit to evolve it into a completely filled cube (less 3 small internal voids). If you want to fill those, then print three cubes 5.95 mm in size. This assembles with a 90 degree twist of a single part. Figuring out which part and in what order is the trick! The rest of the parts slide in (in the proper hole at the proper time and in the proper orientation.) There are a 180 possible combinations from which you will have to find the one that works. If you find this task too frustrating, try assembling the pieces without the frame first, then try to get it assembled that same way inside the frame.


One further improvement might be to add a threaded hole to the center of each face and create a threaded handle. Then the pieces can be drawn out without having to endlessly shake the cube in every rotation to figure out which side is free to be the first to slide out for disassembly.
