Like https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5588493, this is a combination of parts from designs I've previously published here. (This link will show all of my publications here to date: https://www.thingiverse.com/bbinnard/designs).
But unlike https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5588493, this one is a much more reasonable seize: it printed in a little over 14 1/2 hours using a print speed of 100 mm/sec and 0.200 layer height.
Edit:
After looking at this print for a while I thought it might look better if I added a reverse twist to the top part. So I did, and that is what TwistedFlutes3-15.stl is. I also added fillets to the areas where the 3 twisted feet come together. Consequently this file takes longer to print - just under 28 1/2 hours. I added a 3mm brim to make sure there was enough print bed contact area to hold the print still while the top areas printed.
