**UPDATE 12/2023**
==
I have decided to take feedback from the community and make one final revision to this design considering how popular it has been. The updates to the design include:
- Removed fillet on top and bottom halves and replaced with a chamfer, which is much more suitable for FDM 3D printing.
- Changed threads to ISO metric 85x6 with chamfer on start/end.
- Added channel for an 90mm ID x 2mm thick Buna-N O-Ring into the base.
- Removed SD card logo from top and bottom halves, which made it difficult to 3D print without cooling or support.
*I have not actually printed and test fit this new version yet.*
***
UPDATE 11/4/2022
Per makers feedback, I have increased the tolerance by 0.15mm around all card slots both micro and full, this makes the total tolerance across both sides in both dimensions 0.5mm which should help with the SD cards being too tight of a fit when fully inserted.
I should also note an intentional characteristic of the design I
