Two Trees SP-5 Orbiter Toolhead

This is my tool head for a Two Trees SP-5. It is for 1.75 millimeter filament and uses an Orbiter 2.0 extruder with a Haldis Red Lizard hot end. I have also included my custom BL touch mount. This is still a work in progress. I have implemented most of what is shown on my printer but this design contains some upgrades. I have not yet added the BL touch. And the metal brackets have been redesigned since I did mine.

If you do not have access to laser cutting and forming facilities, you could conceivably modify the stock pieces to achieve some or most of this. The metal brackets are designed for 2mm thick aluminum alloy 5052-H32.

The DB25 breakout and mounting obviously adds some weight and is not a necessary part of this mod.

The printed parts can be whatever material you prefer but I would recommend something high temperature for the cooling ducts. and fan shroud
