Two-way screw with cap

Remixed from the fabulous Two-way screw (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4721889) to add a printable cap, configure the number of sides of the nuts, and change the rounded corners of the nuts to 45 degree chamfers to improve printability.
I've also adjusted the default thread tolerances to print loose on my CR-6 SE, but if you have a newer/better printer, you can probably reduce the thread tolerances.
If your printer has any stringing whatsoever, I highly recommend printing each piece separately. If you print the bolt + cap + nuts in one go, the nuts may be far tighter than if you printed everything separately due to imperfections left behind when the tip moves from one part to another.
