tx16s over sprung stand

This it yet another stand for the tx16s transmitter, this one however uses 1 or 2 springs from a clothespin as an over spring, meaning that it will snap between its outer and inner positions instead of being stiff or flopping around loose.
Also in the in position the handle is slimmer than the stock handle. It still doesn't lay flat but its better. It reuses the mounting screws for mounting and requires 2 m3 x 14 screws as pivots (I had some spares that came with my quad frame)
