Type 2 EV Wall Cable Holder – Weather-Resistant

This Type 2 electric vehicle wall cable holder is designed for durable outdoor and garage use, optimized for printing in PETG to withstand higher mechanical stress, temperature variation, and weather exposure. The structure is reinforced to support the weight of the charging connector and cable without deformation over time. The holder mounts securely to the wall using two M8 wall anchors. The mounting points are fully integrated inside the model’s footprint, keeping the hardware hidden and protected while maintaining a clean external look. The connector seat is tilted at a 15° angle to ensure safe and stable insertion of the Type 2 plug when not in use, reducing the risk of accidental slipping. On the top side, an integrated hook allows you to pre-wrap the cable before placing the connector into the holder, improving strain relief and organization. On the bottom side, a built-in drip edge prevents water from collecting inside the connector cavity, helping keep the plug dry.
