UCI handlebar minimum with measuring tool

UCI rule change for 2026 season stated that minimum width between hoods is 280mm and minimum width at the drops is 400mm. UCI made a tool to measure these measurements quickly, and published the tool for download. Sadly the tool had pretty loose tolerances leading to quite a lot of play at the joint which disturbs accurate measurement. Also the joint needed supports and some features were not great for printing without supports. This model has redesigned joint for tighter tolerances and no need for supports. Added small chamfers to make the tool more comfortable too. Fit of the two parts is pretty secure, layer lines help with friction fit.Tool is splits into half and stacks for travel. Do note that UCI made the tool with 1mm tolerance for measurements, so it measures 279mm and 399mm in real life, so leave a little air on your levers/handlebar just to be on the safe side if commissaries measure with different tools. .stl, .step and .f3d for easy remixing.Original models can be found he
