UDOO Bolt v8 replacement fan module

This is a module for a 40mm fan to replace the original very noisy fan on the UDOO Bolt v8. The original fan can't simply be replaced by a different one, because those exact dimensions are required to properly tension the heatsink on the CPU. With a Noctua NF-A4x20 mounted on this part, it is not only quiet but provides better cooling than the stock fan.
