ugreen ukvm wall mount

SummaryDown and dirty wall mount for my ugreen usb kvm switch.Got tired of it slipping off the back of my desk and I don't want the wires in the way.It was a really tight fit due to the screw heads, added 1mm to depth. -- 9/13/19
