This will extend a bakelite 1960's/1970's fuse panel cover to allow MCB's to replace fuses. I couldn't find an imperial screw to replace the short one, so cut it in half and soldered a tube in the middle to make a longer screw. Works fine though. At least the MCB's and fuses are covered over now.
I printed mine in carbon fibre reinforced PLA but I suspect a fireproof filament might be more appropriate. But as the fuse panel hasn't burst into flames for around 60 years, I'm not expecting it to start now.
It just fits on the bed of my Ender 3 V2. I printed it at 0.12mm layer height to make it as strong as possible, but it turns out, it doesn't need to be that strong as it is only acting as a large "washer" for the existing cover.
