I was fed up of my toddler switching my plug-in doorbell on and off all day. He loved it, I couldn't tell when someone was at the door or if it was just my child playing!
This piece of plastic is held in place by the two plugs, the part that goes between the plug and socket is only 0.4mm thick. This is to locate the 1mm thick box that sites over the switches and stops little fingers from toggling them.
I have made the holes for the pins slightly oversize on purpose as not all UK sockets have exactly the same spacing between the two sockets and I wanted to avoid the plastic actually touching the metal pins.
Note: This is for electronic items. Do NOT use this on high current devices or anything you need to turn off in a hurry! (It does not stop you pulling the plugs out of the socket in any way)
### Printing
I recommend white PLA+ as it blends in with UK socket colours better. Its also pretty good at bridging which is needed for the 25mm box over the toggle switches.
