UK Wheelie Bin Hinge Pin

A hinge pin for one type of UK wheelie Bin (Surrey??).This has a strengthened section where shear is most focused.The external diameter of the ‘grip rings’ is 13mm.The lurid colour is because this was the only external filament I had when the old pin broke; but I actually think it looks pretty good when in place!!
