This is my design of a slim, and yet very usable utility blade. I have mine stored in my wallet, but you could slip one of these anywhere. To get the proper tolerances YOU MUST print with a layer height of 0.12mm with an initial layer height of 0.16 as well as a hole horizontal expansion of 0.2mm. If the tab on the smaller piece is getting fused to the outer wall up the hole horizontal expansion to 0.25-0.3mm, or if it seems too large bump that value down to to zero. I cannot guarantee any success without using the previously mentioned settings as they are what I designed the parts to be printed with.
I will say the tolerances are tight and are tuned to my Ender 3. If the tolerances are too small for your machine I would recommend first testing to see how the utility blade sits into the inner piece, if it is nice and snug scale up the outer piece 2-3%. If not scale both up until the utility blade can be fit it without any wobbling. Also there is a small notch in the bottom of the i
