This is an ukulele wall mount. The top surfer design is from "Surfer Palm Trees Clipart" in Openclipart.
The two small halls on the hook are designed to put fail-safe-string in case the hook breaks. In fact, my first version (which was printed with a low quality pla filament) was broken and my ukulele was dropped from the wall orz.
