Used topology optimization (See Picture 4&5). I assumed the whole supporting platform (Datum B) is better to be kept. I also kept the original depth of the bolt holes so the original bolt can still be used. I have considered the printing orientation using Cura and Slic3r. The best way is to print along y-axis from the back of the bracket. As shown in one of the picture, it will need approximately 4.38m of material. The maximum stress of the model is within 4500 psi. The mass is reduced by 91.35%. All wall thickness are at least 0.04 in. There is only one flaw, which is it did not followed the required edge distance of the hole. Mass = 0.08409 pounds Volume = 1.73710 cubic inches Max stress = 3335 psi
