Ultimaker 2+ tool holder

Tool holder for an Ultimaker 2+
As I normally only use three tools, I've included holders for those to keep it simple and tidy. See attached photos of my setup.

Holds:
- Digital caliper
- Scraper 100mm wide
- Glue stick (up to 30 mm diameter)

Hope this is useful for other Ultimaker 2+ owners out there. Please share any improvement areas that you see.
