Currently in the process of building an aluminium ultimaker 2, and could not really find a print head that would work for me, so I created this.
I styled it around the original ultimaker head, but made it so I could change the nozzle mount fairly easily if required.
There are three versions uploaded all designed for use with an e3d v6 , a single nozzle, double nozzle and also an experimental chimera mount. To use just download a top, middle and the relevant lower section for you needs.
I have included a version for 6mm rods and also for 8mm rods.
To fasten it all together you will need 4 m4 x 50mm bolts, 4 m4 nuts the extruder clamps for the single and double just need a couple of m3 screws around 10 - 15 mm long, for the chimera 3 m3 x 20mm should work fine.
I have yet to test the parts, as I am still waiting on the final few parts to finish assembly, but will update as soon as I can confirm function.
** Update **
Added some alternative top sections with guides
