Previously I made a mount that worked on my Y axis to mount these proximity sensors but I wanted to add one to my X axis. While working on it someone pointed out that the trigger distance is lowered when triggering off Aluminum vs Steel so I went back to CAD and looked at how I could improve things. What I came up with was a single mount that will work for the X and Y axis and allows for easy mounting, adjustment and cable management of proximity sensors. The new mount has the sensor trigger using the linear rail cart made from steel instead of the frame parts that are made from Aluminum.
