Ultimate Maker Select spool holder

I got sick of swapping out adapters for the wider spools, then back to the original holder for the spools with smaller center holes. I decided that it was time for a one size fits all spool holder.

Print with thread end down and only use support touching the build plate.

Update: Modified nut to provide better thread clearance
