Ultimate Support / Feedback bicycle stand collar

Admittedly, a niche part. This is the collar for my Ultimate Support bicycle stand, circa 2008. The collar is responsible for adjusting the height of the stand, which is two telescoping poles. Printed in PETG; the extra hardware you see is was reused from the original collar (hit: M5 hex bolts). The top bolt is meant to be a thumb turn, for easy heigh adjustment, the bottom is fixed. For reference, the diameter of the two telescoping tubes of my bike stand are approximately 34.5mm (1 3/8") x 41.25mm (1 5/8"). Regarding strength: I suspect Nylon (PA?) would be preferred, but PETG seems to be holding. I printed with 4 walls, which basically filled the primary section. There is also a small lip on the bottom section; added that in case the part needs a “structural” zip-tie (not pictured). I had a zip-tie on the original collar for years… Note that Ultimate was purchased by Feedback sports around 2008, and many of their bike stand repair parts are interchangeable. It just so happen
