Here is a laser cut face mask design. It is slightly different to most other designs. First it only uses a single sheet of acetate (overhead transparency sheet) making it very light (8.9 g for our sheet), fast and cheap to produce. It attaches via a standard pair of glasses (we will design a separate head clamp later for non-glasses users). It is also a 'ventilated' design allowing warm air to rise upwards. The light weight and ventilation should make it more comfortable than many other masks. It does, however, have a number of disadvantages.
