Ulvheim - windmill

Note: this is a WIP (work in progress) so errors may exist

A basic windmill for a village or town. I remixed the cottage with elements from other Ulvheim sources and created a small windmill tower with Dutch style blades.

Update 5/17/24 - added optional middle section with windows

Update 6/4/24 - added additional upper section with no walls and solid roof : to make a small look out tower
