# Umbrella Stand

Our current patio umbrella wasn't cutting it because the sun was always coming in from the side of our deck and it was providing shade in the wrong area. So, we purchased another umbrella and decided to mount it to the outside of our deck.

This thing includes a base holder so that it won't slide all the way to the ground, and it also includes a clamp to secure it from falling over.

It only needs **three screws and you're in business**. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

I used [OnShape](http://onshape.com) to design this umbrella stand. It's an amazing tool for free and I highly recommend it. I knew nothing about 3D designing things, but they're tutorial videos are amazing. I can't recommend this site enough!
