Under Desk Drawer

This under-desk drawer is a practical and space-saving storage solution for your workspace, workshop, or home office. It can be mounted under any flat surface using double-sided adhesive tape, allowing flexible positioning exactly where you need additional storage. With an internal volume of nearly 1.3 liters, it offers generous space for tools, stationery, cables, or small accessories, all neatly hidden but easily accessible. The drawer is designed to be pulled out up to 95% of its travel distance (depending on load) while remaining securely guided in its rail. Dimensions: Outer dimensions: 200 mm (width) × 200 mm (depth) × 41 mm (height) Usable internal space: 193 mm width 196 mm depth approx. 34 mm internal height Storage volume: approx. 1.3 liters Design & Parts: The model consists of three parts: Guide rail: attached to the desired surface using double-sided adhesive tape Drawer body Handle: glued into the designated slot on the drawer The overall load capacity depends primarily on the quality of the double-sided adhesive tape used. Assembly Instructions: Print the guide rail and the drawer body. Insert the drawer into the guide rail. Apply double-sided adhesive tape to the top surface of the guide rail. Remove the protective film from the tape. Press the complete assembly (guide + inserted drawer) firmly against the desired mounting surface. Keeping the drawer inserted during installation makes positioning and pressing easier and reduces the risk of deforming the guide. If mounting the guide alone, press carefully to avoid potential damage. Material Recommendations: No special material requirements for typical indoor use. The model was successfully printed in PLA without any issues.
