This simple model is press-fit and the front of the headphone jack is flush mounted. Printed at .2mm layer height with no supports/no brim. The model is made for M4 counter sunk wood screws. The model was made for this specific extension cable from UGREEN:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08S7CT44N/ref=ox_sc_act_image_1?smid=AKXVBT49GGF3B&th=1Step file is included so you can adjust to the hardware/headphone extension of your choice. Added a version with no holes which can be used with double sided tape like VHB.
