These are set up to automatically switch the filament at the appropriate layers when using an AMS. If switching manually you can do so by pausing the print at layer 3 then again at layer 6. Start the print using gold/yellow, switch to black at layer 3 and then switch back to gold/yellow at layer 6. I recommend using a 0.2 mm nozzle. Let me know of any issues or questions.
