Unicycle - Mobile Unicycle - Windmill

I used 3/32" brass brasing rod for axles. May use wire coat hanger or equal.
Clean up holes with index drill bit. Glue parts together.


Wheel:
Need to be handled with care. Apply glue generaouly
around hub where spokes meet hub when installing bushing. I
sprayed them with clear polyurethane. Light oil will help wheel rotation.

Drill pedal crank pin hole with #42, press fit pedals so pedals
will turn and/or glue pedal. Center things up & add a little glue to wheel @
crank shaft so pedals will turn with wheel.

Index Bits;
43 for snug fit.
42 for easy fitup.
49 for filament pins.
axle pin about 30mm long.

Beads are for balancing & nose cone. I also used a fishing
weight for this build.
