Unifi G3Flex false ceiling mount.
Top hat came be screwed into the base of the G3Flex using the screws supplied in the camera box or you can use a tie wrap or jubilee clip to clamp it in.
Bottom hat is a friction fit. It comes in two flavours, standard and slim (depending on the mess you've made cutting the ceiling tile). Picture shows the standard version.
The ceiling tile can be cut with a standard 54mm hole saw, and the thickness of the tile can be anywhere between 10 and 30mm, which seems to cover all the tiles I've used.
