Unit / "Do Your Best" Hat Clip

Just a simple hat brim clip that fits well on my FOS and Wood Badge hats at least. Sized to print in five even walls with features that dip three walls in. Has a stencil pattern unit number on the top and “Do Your Best” on the inside. F3D is attached to the CAD files if you want to modify it to have your own unit number on it. Profile details:Strongly suggest a sparkling clean build plate with good adhesion.Brim ears are enabled.Plate 1 “Fit Test” - has a monochromatic test print just to ensure it fits your hats.Plate 2 “75x Two Color” is made to reduce the amount of wasted purge for single-extruder printers.Plate 3 “20x Two Color” is a less risky but more wasteful plate for mass production.I would suggest using at least PETG. I did my test print and would produce these en masse using Polymaker PETG (aff. link).
