I tested my Unitree Go2 outside and on concrete and found that if it falls over, it tends to scratch the legs. This is why we (mostly my friend Georg, props to him) designed these protectors. Since all four legs of the robot have the same dimensions, this model fits all of them. You just need to mirror the part to fit on the opposite side. I experimented with brass inserts but found that just having a nut on the other side of the wedge works best. I use M3 hex socket screws, two for each protector. We tried printing them in both TPU and PLA. TPU works fine, but the PLA versions usually look visually nicer, so I have been using PLA most of the time. I would love to hear your input on which material works best for you. With TPU, sliding the protector on works without any issues. PLA needs a bit more force, but it also fits well and feels sturdy once in place. Let me know if it works for you and if you have any suggestions for improvements! :) That’s it. Goodbye, and Thanks for All the Fi
