universal 35mm concealed hinge jig

Thank you for the appreciation of my previous jig. Because the older one was intended for use only with BLUM CLIP concealed hinges, i created this one that can be used with hinges from other manufacturers. The main difference is the position of the hinge screws that can be centered, lowered or raised, so the previous jig wasn't useful for all of them. In this version, i have made two slots for marking the center of the screws holes, for helping you to mount the hinge perpendicular to the door (especially for the tall doors where you can not use a square).
