This is a dust / rain plug for the lower part of the European CCS plug that often is exposed to rain and dirt when doing level 2 (AC) charging. Unlike many other EVs, Teslas do not have any cover on them. I printed it in TPU on a smooth plate that gave it a carbon fibre finish. I tried in white first (since my car is white) but will probably make a black one later that shows the finish more and will be more discrete on the black charging port. I reworked a CCS cover for Tesla from this site. The original one had two drawbacks for me:1. The bottom was too thick, probably for allowing the Tesla logo. However this meant that the charging port did not fit as before, it was slightly standing off. I thinned the bottom and took off the logo, making it more universal and now it is a perfect fit2. The original had rather high walls which are unnecessary. When you print it in TPU the friction is more than sufficient to also keep it in place and you use less material
