Simple Filament Presence Sensor
Uses an Optical Sensor to detect when filament is in the path.
Doesn't use a mechanical spring or endstop - infinite life.
Should be compatible with the MMU2 - Filament is fully constrained all the way through, and has a spot for a M10 fitting that will lock a bowden tube in place.
