Universal Filament Spool Holder Light

This is a 'light' version of the Universal Filament Spool Holder from @in_the_garage
Large holes in the structure makes it lighter.

Ball bearings are maintained with printed screws making them easier to replace. I used standard 608 ball bearings well known by skateboard fans.
