This is a replacement for the fragile "chrome-look" plastic ring found on many generic 4-button garage gate remotes (cloners). If your original frame broke or the keychain loop snapped, this robust 3D printed part will save your remote.I reverse-engineered this using Fusion 360 to ensure a perfect snap-fit with the original black housing.Print Settings & Recommendations:Material: I printed the prototype in PLA and it works great, but I highly recommend PETG for better impact resistance (drops) and flexibility for the snap-fits.Nozzle: 0.4mm standard.Wall Generator: Use Arachne engine (Crucial for the thin walls and variable thickness).Strength: I recommend setting Wall Loops to 10 (or enough to make the part solid). Do not use sparse infill patterns like Grid to avoid nozzle collisions on this small part.Supports: Required for the internal tabs and the bottom curve.
