Universal motorcycle chain alignment tool

This tool works for sport bike and dirt bikes.
Some bikes require to remove chain guard (obviously)
Using 1/4 inch round bar from hardware store.

Print in PLA with FAN on because PLA does not warp and cooling will provide best result.
Print walls at least 1.5mm thick so you have room to drill.
Infill does not matter. 20% is plenty.

Use what ever nut/bolt fits the hole. Does not matter.
Make sure the side which contacts the sprocket is smooth and flat.
Use FLAT file to make it flatter if needed.

Drilling the hole with 1/4 drill bit wont give enough clearance.
You going to have to drill hole with a 1/4 SPADE bit for best results.
