Universal Pegboard Tool Holder

This was created to be similar to a pegboard screw driver holder I have since it helps conserve board space. Instead of making several holders for different kinds of tools, the universal holder takes insert blocks that can be made to fit a specific tool.

I have included a block I made for holding my wrenches as a sample along with the Fusion 360 file that is dimensioned so it can be modified to the gap you want. By default the gap is 18mm wide which fit my Kobalt 15-18mm wrenches nicely. I made 4x18mm, 4x14mm, and 1x12mm.

My insert block is 25.2 x 21.2 x 8mm and has a 2x9mm extra bit 2mm inset. Edges on the sides and bottom are chamfered to allow it to pop in easier and to compensate for over-extrusion or elephant's foot.

Note: I used tree supports from the build plate for only the pegboard hooks. The rest of the model bridges nicely and won't require supports. Mine was printed with a brim since it is many small lines and mine like to lift. Your printer may not require it.
