Mount dock to stand with double sided tape or dab of (hot) glue, i suggest tape.
Watch used in pictures is Suunto 7.

You can use up to 8pcs of 2 Euro coins as weights, total of 68 grams.

There is file what has only hole for coin, it helps you to scale model, if needed.

If you give exact dimensions, maybe I can edit model for different coin...
