Universal Soldier Headset

I made this 1st gen UniSol headset for a cosplay. I only followed the design and images from the 1st Van Dam movie so No it does not look like what people remember from later movies (so shut up Jimmy). It may not be Perfect but it will still look good. I did not find where someone had models of this and the goofy toys i found online did not peak my interest.

I will update Post-Print photos and finishing and make adjustments on files where I find issues. I will be doing this is Resin and can also upload pre-supported files in STLs



The only file choice to make is in the Housing. I am putting 2 versions for the Housing because I will be putting LED's and power inside of my prop down the road. Therefore, Housing_With_Battery.obj will have a Door that needs printed so the battery can be changed.


The Hinges for the connecting the eye_cup.obj will needs some small M bolts/nuts
There is a Screw hole on the front of the eye_cup.obj that is just for aesthetics so glue a screw
