Universal Threaded Spindle for Auto-Rewind Spool Holder

I like the [Parametric Auto-Rewind spool holder](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3252111) better than the next generation [Universal Auto-Rewind Spool Holder](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3338467), but I like the flexibility of the threaded spindle and nuts for variable size spools.

I designed a threaded spindle that would fit over the rewind spindle as a universal adapter, eliminating the need for custom adapters for spools with different inner diameter. This one adapter will work for spools with inner diameters ranging from 45mm to 65mm. Edit: I added a larger nut for spools with larger inner diameters. It should work for spools over 60mm.

The threaded spindle requires a parametric spindle with a diameter of 30mm. I'm including in STL for the right size spindle, as well STLs for all other required parts.
