Unwinder for 3D Printer
Spool unwinder for my 3D printer case.
You will need:
- Bearing 6002 (InerD 15mm, OuterD 32mm, width 9mm)
- 1x M5 x 25mm Allen Screw with a the same size wide washer.
- 4x M4 x 10mm Allen Screw
And finally the screws that you will need to mount the unwinder to the surface or place that you want.
In my case:
- 5 x M4 x 25mm Allen Screws
All the materials bought in the TOOM Baumarkt of my town.
Printing TIP:
Even though the CURA slicer says that the big screw needs supports, I 3D printed it without supports but with the 0.1 mm level.
I suggest you to print this part with a high infill density because it will support all the weight on it.
Also, the unión bettwen the Screw and the bearing should be printed with a high density and 0.1 mm level for better accuracy.
