I was using a spool holder that I found on Thingiverse that I wasn't happy with.
The tolerance where it clips onto the rear wall was too loose...'nuf said.
This one fits tightly into the existing hole on the rear of the enclosure and still removes easily if you want.
The length of the spindle allows for any of the spool sizes that I have. I am constantly trying new ABS manufactures to see which I like the best, so I have lots of spool sizes.
I did a light weight version after I had printed the one that I am actually using. I don't think that it is any less structurally sound, it just uses less plastic(I haven't actually printed the lighter version). It seems that everything I design is "A work in progress" as I am always doing modifications.
Now my spool doesn't "walk" to the outside of the spindle causing jams.
If you print it in this orientation with support, you have a little waste but you don't have problems clearing the gap where it grips the enclosure.
Please let
